How to Care for Your JAK Pot

A little care will keep your JAK Pot looking great and help make plant care easier.

Remove the inner liner when watering your plant.

Allow excess water to drain completely before placing the liner back inside the planter.

Check the drip tray after watering and empty any collected water.

Wipe your planter with a soft, damp cloth.

For a deeper clean, use mild soap and cool or lukewarm water. Dry thoroughly before reassembling.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, hot water, and the dishwasher.

JAK Pots are made from 3D printed PLA, which can be sensitive to high temperatures.

Keep your planter away from heating vents, fireplaces, hot appliances, and prolonged exposure to intense direct sunlight.

JAK Pots are recommended for indoor use.

Empty collected water as needed.

For Cascade and Woodland planters, align the twist-lock tray with the base and gently twist until secure.

Contour drip trays simply sit beneath the planter.

Remove your Cascade Wrap before watering if it may become wet.

Gently spot clean when needed and allow it to dry completely before placing it back on your planter.

Rubber feet help protect the surface beneath your planter.

We still recommend checking underneath your JAK Pot occasionally, especially after watering.

Keep it clean, let your plant drain well, and protect your planter from excessive heat. That is really all it takes.
