Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Times

In-stock products are shipped within 2 business days. Most orders ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Options and Rates

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS, including:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS Ground

Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, destination, and selected service.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated transit time.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to make a change, contact JAK Pots as soon as possible. Address changes must be requested before the order ships and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows an issue or your package appears to be lost, please contact JAK Pots. We will help investigate the shipment with USPS or UPS.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact JAK Pots within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of:

  • The damaged product
  • The shipping box
  • The interior packaging
  • The shipping label

Please keep the product and all original packaging while we review the issue.
